Midway Adventure

We went on a weekend getaway up to Midway and we had such a marvelous time!  Right near our condo was a great sledding hill.  Scott was great to lug the children up the hill while I trudged behind him.  They all had so much fun sledding (mostly, Izzy was unhappy because she didn't want to but I think she still had fun).

 Later that night after swimming in the pool and watching a movie and playing some games we headed out for dessert to the Zermatt.  We each chose something delicious.

 Then we headed to the Midway Ice Castles (along with nearly everyone else around).  It was cool but super crowded so it was hard to enjoy.

Eden Talent Show

We had lots of great talents this year.  There are always a great mix of silly and serious talents. 

 Ammon and Scott reprised their performance as the Adult Onset Siamesia Twins with the help as Mark their personal trainer.  Their push-ups were quite impressive.

Swimming in Eden - Allen Reunion

We made great use of the hot tubs while we were in Eden.  We tried to go to the pool but it was too crowded and then there was lightning so we headed back home and played in the hot tub.  It was actually perfect, they all had a great time.

 We also spent a morning at the Pineview Reservoir.  Tommy didn't enjoy it until I finally put his water socks on and then he had a grand time.  The water was cold but that didn't hold the bigger kids back.  Ashley loved the sand, especially warming up by laying in it - she was covered literally from head to toe.
