Privacy Please?

Tonight I was having a few minutes of quiet in the only place that I'm allowed to lock the door when Izzy came to the other side of the door and started asking lots of questions and trying to get in. Eventually when she realized I wasn't going to open the door she stuck her fingers under it, tried to peek in and asked, "Are you peeing right now?" I answered yes although truthfully I was reading a book. Then she said, "Then why can't I hear you?" I'm laughing even now. Needless to say, I finished my "quiet" moment and went back to real life.

The bathroom...now why didn't I think of that? Unfortunately with a house of all girls, usually no one closes the door (I really need to teach them this), so if I close the door, they think something is wrong and Ivory will knock and yell until I open it. Does she think the toilet is going to eat me?

Privacy? I'm not sure I even know what that word means.

What a crack up! I guess you'll have to resort to sound effects!

How funny. I have same problem with my kids knocking the door while I'm in the bathroom. Why don't they ever do that to Tyler?

Great minds think alike, that is the place I end up stealing a few minutes to read as well. We moms must get creative at times!

I'm with April. Maybe a little waterfall? That might do the trick.
