Tommy

This little man is a pure delight.  He is happy and charming and easygoing (except at bedtime which we're working on).  He loves his brother and sisters and his dad but probably most of all he loves me...(smile)...I love it.  He has decided that he is very hungry so I have been feeding him rice cereal about twice a day as of this last week (he is 5 1/2 mo. old).  He doesn't like formula but I'm trying to get him used to the taste of it so that he will take a bottle when I'm away.  Right now he'll take a bottle but only of pumped milk, which apparently isn't happening any more.

He is ticklish, he likes toys, he rolls onto his tummy and gets stuck but for the most part doesn't mind it.  His little/big sis loves him very intensely and he mostly puts up with it.  On occasion he’ll give me a look when Ash is attacking him that says, “Help, mom!”  She loves to get his diapers and choose his clothes and hold him (unfortunately, I’ve found her a few times trying to pick him up from the floor and hold him by herself, he doesn’t care for that.

He discovered his toes and likes to have a good little chew.  He sometimes sucks his thumb, sometimes sucks the binkie.  He went to bed better tonight than he has in a long time, I’m relieved but trying not to hold my breath. 

He loves to play in the bath. But Ashley doesn’t like the splashes yet she hops in whenever he is it.

Whenever he sees someone he loves (me, Scott, the kids) he grins and is so happy.  Today Scott walked in to Sunday School but didn’t sit right next to us because there was no chair.  He managed to catch Tommy’s eye and that little man lit right up. 

I’m guessing he is about 16 lbs, he is wearing 6-9 mo. clothes.

He has sweet, soft kissable cheeks, he is adorable and we all love him dearly.
