I didn't think I was gaining weight, but apparently Izzy has a different perspective. Here is the conversation that just took place here:
Izzy: We don't have any baby vitamins because we don't have a baby (her cousin Grace was wanting one of my vitamins).
Lu (cousin): Are you gonna have a baby?
Me: I hope sometime.
Izzy (answering Lu): Yeah, we are, my mom's already getting kinda fat.

Don't you just love the things that come out of our kids mouths. I think Mackenzie asked me to have a baby the other day. She was holding a doll and said "me baby" (which I am pretty sure means my baby because everything that is hers is me me me) then she looked at me and said "wha mama baby?" I said "I don't have one." thern she said "haf baby" but she didn't offer me hers so I think she wanted me to have my own.
Too funny! Kids have a way of keeping us humble. I'll never forget Olivia asking me (when she was not quite three)...Mom, why is your bum all...scrambled? Nice. You are NOT getting kinda fat, by the way!
I just found a picture on my fridge that Haisel had drawn. Lexi named everyone in the picture, my title was "mommy and her big fat tummy" Sure enough, when I looked at the picture there I was with a big circle on my stomach denoting my big fat tummy.

Oh my gosh, that's hilarious. That reminds me of the time when Ryan asked me if I had another baby in my tummy right after I had CLementine.
Sorry Jenn, I wish my kids were only guilty of saying things like that to me! :)
