This is Mike Lloyd, the unfortunate recipient of the disaster pie (I think I had him over for pie with friends another time so I redeemed myself.)
Probably my favorite date dance - Sophmore Slide my senior year - I am the hot blonde in the back. Sidenote: right after this picture was taken I jumped off the car and twisted my ankle - it was still a fun dance. My date was Ryan Gardner and he was a blast to be with.
This is a part of the VL club - you can see which ones have already turned in their badges!
Any high school girls who read this, I have laughed and laughed as I've gone through pictures - Julie did a great job capturing our hilarity in her own little scrapbook that I saved and just read through.
I found a page that listed the boys we loved each year, I laughed to count that a very high percentage of those boys were my crushes. Boy did I have fun.

Oh boy!! That seems like so long ago and at the same time like just yesterday. I always tell Adam that I hope our girls have as good of friends in High School as I had.
I wore that exact outfit to a dance too. It was much tighter on me...

It appears that I need to read my wife's blog more often. Fun stuff. I think I got Sunny reminiscing about old flames when I looked up my 1st grade girlfriend's name on facebook. Funny thing is, I think I found her. Never fear, I would not request her friendship on FB. It's a good thing I dont have a blog because Sunny & I were on oposite sides of the spectrum. I was unaware (I wish somebody would have told me) there was a VL club I could possibly join or that I might possibly prevent others from that same opportunity (of aligning themselves with such an esteemed club that is). Sunny, you rock!
That was great! It's always fun to look back and reminisce. I loved all your stories and the photos.
