Ryan's a New Man

Ryan came home from school today complaining about his loose tooth hurting. So the wimp that I am, we headed to my mom's. As soon as we walked in and she heard what we needed she led him to the bathroom, wiggled and out it came with a quick pull. He was so cute, I could tell he was thrilled about the tooth but nervous about the fact that his gum was bleeding and not sure if he needed to cry about the little bit of pain. Grandpa came right in and deposited tooth fairy money into his pocket (much to Ryan's delight).
When we got home and showed Scott the handsome new smile Ryan said to him, "I feel like a new man!" Later he told Scott that he feels like he's 8 already. Funny boy. I waited to post this hoping I would remember to take a picture, but here it is sans picture.
